Daily Camp Schedule

8:45–9:00 a.m. | Check-In

9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball instruction led by our professionals, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun on the course and courts, along with sports activities and games

12:00–1:00 p.m. | Lunch

1:00–4:00 p.m. | Games, activities, and swimming led by our KE Camp staff, keeping the energy high and the smiles going all afternoon

This new format truly offers the best of both worlds—expert golf, tennis, and pickleball instruction paired with an afternoon full of engaging activities—all in one camp, one schedule, and one great experience.

All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. 

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. with field activities, and golf and tennis instruction by the Club Pros, focusing on fundamentals, skill-building, and fun on the course and courts. After lunch, campers transition into games, activities, and swimming led by KE Camp staff, keeping the energy high and the smiles going until 3:45.

The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home.  Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration will continue until registration closes on the Friday prior to each week of camp. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp.

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $45 which includes 2 camp shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
